If for any reason your product isn't perfect, you're welcome to send them back to us within 30 days by following the following steps. The product will need to be in a perfectly re-sellable condition and not worn (other than tried on for fit).
1. Email care@sumsclub.co.uk letting us know your order number and what you will be returning and if you would like a refund or replacement.
2. Use the pre paid label included in your package and post your socks in the packaging you received them in.
3. Your refund will land in your account within 3-5 working days.
