1. Run to a Rhythm
Cadence = Steps per minute = Beats per minute
If you've never thought about your cadence before, studies have shown increasing it by 5-10% can do wonders for injury prevention & improve biomechanics.
170 - 180spm is a good target, but it's definitely not 'one cadence fits all'.
We recommend giving one of Spotify's custom bpm playlists a spin - music picked for you at a bpm you fancy.
