FAQ

If for any reason your product isn't perfect, you're welcome to send them back to us within 30 days for a full refund by following the following steps. The product will need to be in a perfectly re-sellable condition and not worn (other than tried on for fit).

Email care@sumsclub.co.uk letting us know your order number and what you will be returning and if you would like a refund or replacement.

Use the pre paid label included in your package and post your socks in the packaging you received them in.

Your refund will land in your account within 3-5 working days.

Yes you can. You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number shortly after making the order, which you follow all the way to you door.

We sure can. We can add run club logos onto our current range to give them as well as explore totally custom options for larger enquiries. If in doubt, reach out to ed@sumsclub.co.uk and let's see what we can do together!

We’re pledging 5p per run for all our customers. To be able to do this we need to track your runs, which we do through our private Strava run club. To request access to the run club simply click here or scan the QR code on the flyer included in your delivery. Give us 24 hours to let you in following your request.

By joining the club each of your recorded runs on Strava contributes to our club total each week. We sum the number of runs everyone goes on over the month and donate the total raised straight to The Outrunners youth charity, each month. The monthly amount we’ve raised and the total lifetime amount raised is shown on our website club dashboard.

Each pair of socks gets you 3 months of access in our Strava club (and therefore per run pledge). If you make a subsequent purchase, your time in the club is automatically extended so you won’t be exited early!

Sadly any runs that are not recorded on Strava, do not unlock the 5p donation (as we can’t verify you have run!). We also cap the amount we give to one run per day and reserve the right not to donate against any run we feel the run is not legitimate for any reason.

Machine wash 30°C gentle. Do not iron. Do not dry clean or bleach. Tumble dry low.

You can select whether your purchase is a gift in checkout. Here you will be able to add the name of the person who is receiving your socks. They will just need to request access to the Sums Club on Strava. You will be notified when their access is due to expire.
