FAQ

What’s your returns policy?

If for any reason your product isn't perfect, you're welcome to send them back to us within 30 days for a full refund by following the following steps. The product will need to be in a perfectly re-sellable condition and not worn (other than tried on for fit).

Email care@sumsclub.co.uk letting us know your order number and what you will be returning and if you would like a refund or replacement.

Use the pre paid label included in your package and post your socks in the packaging you received them in.

Your refund will land in your account within 3-5 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number shortly after making the order, which you follow all the way to you door.

What charity do you give to?

We give every penny to the awesome Outrunners youth charity in Hackney. You can read more about their here.

Do you do custom designs?

We sure can. We can add run club logos onto our current range to give them as well as explore totally custom options for larger enquiries. If in doubt, reach out to ed@sumsclub.co.uk and let's see what we can do together!

What’s your size guide?

Size S = UK 4-7 / EU 36-40 / US 5-8
Size M = UK 8-10 / EU 41-44 / US 9-11
Size L = UK 11-13 / EU 45-48 / US 12-14

What are the care instructions of the socks?

Machine wash 30°C gentle. Do not iron. Do not dry clean or bleach. Tumble dry low.

Do you offer international shipping?

We sure do. The cost of which is calculated in checkout.

How does the pledge per run scheme for gifting?

Unfortunately our new earn per run scheme doesn't currently work with gifted products - we're working on an update to enable gifted customers to earn per run!
