1. Promoter

This raffle (the "Raffle") is organised and operated by SUMS CLUB LTD ("we", "us", "our"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Adidas.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Raffle is open to individuals who are subscribers to our mailing list or members of our Strava club.
2.2. Participants must be able to purchase on our webstore and reside in one of the following regions: United Kingdom, European Union, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United States.
2.3. Employees of SUMS CLUB, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Raffle Period

The Raffle is valid for all eligible orders placed between:
Friday the 27th of February 2025 at 07:00 GMT and Monday the 3rd of March 2025 at 23:59 GMT.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Any order placed on our webstore that meets the eligibility criteria and is placed during the Raffle Period will be automatically entered into the draw.
4.2. No additional purchase or action is necessary beyond the qualifying order.
4.3. There is no limit to the number of times an individual can enter; each qualifying order counts as a separate entry.

5. Prize

5.1. The winner will receive one (1) pair of Adizero Adios Pro 4 shoes and one (1) pair of SUMS CLUB All Seasons White Socks.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
5.3. If the stated prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Raffle Period has ended.
6.2. The draw will take place within 5 days of the closing date.
6.3. The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their order. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
6.4. The winner’s first name and country may be announced on our website, social media, or marketing materials.

7. General Terms

7.1. SUMS CLUB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
7.2. Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the Raffle process will result in disqualification.
7.3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Raffle and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
