Refund policy

If for any reason your product isn't perfect, you're welcome to send them back to us via following steps. The product will need to be in a perfectly re-sellable condition and not worn (other than tried on for fit).

1. Email care@sumsclub.co.uk letting us know your order number and what you will be returning and if you would like a refund or replacement.

2. Use the pre paid label included in your package and post your socks in the packaging you received them in.

3. Your refund will land in your account within 3-5 working days.

4. Any issues/ questions which fall outside of the above, get in contact via email - we'll get back to you asap :)
