FOR PERFORMANCE RUNNING
The latest iteration of our performance sock
BUILT FOR
Lydia Oldham (@comerunwith.me) is no stranger to monumental endurance feats. She secured 3rd place with her solo effort at The Speed Project '24 (548km) and claimed 2nd at the Oman Desert Marathon Classic '25 (165km). Lydia brings her growing online community along for the ride via instagram, sharing stories, struggles, and scenery from the trails.
Projeto Portugal is Lydia's attempt to run a fastest known time (FKT) across the ancient pligrimage, Camino Portugués. A 650km ultra journey from Lisbon to Santiago de Compostela, crossing varied terrain and climbing over 6,500 vertical meters.
Designed to be
The latest iteration of our performance run sock in the Projeto Portugal lime green. Featuring SUMS logo on the back & the Projeto Portugal Logo on the front.
Our design ethos features our logo on the back of the sock, a nod to our belief that this isn't about us. But you and your running. So the runner comes first, with us right behind you.
Mindful of
Our fully certified factory in Portugal (Global Recycled Standards, GOTS, OEKO TEX Standard 100 & ISO 9001).
The majority of conventional running socks use environmentally harmful virgin synthetic fibres (plastics like polyesters, polyamides etc). By using a recycled Nylon blend we benefit from the performance elements of these fibres whilst dramatically reducing the energy, water and emissions associated with manufacturing a virgin material from scratch.
Our sock-recycle-scheme is designed to lighten landfill. Each order comes with a pre-paid postage slip to put on the box your socks came in. This allow you to send us any retired socks to us be recycled and their materials repurposed. We'll award you a free pair on your next order with us. Always.
